How to book
Online or in person
Booking tickets can be done online on our website via our What’s On page. You will initially receive an order confirmation email. All tickets will be sent out via email. All orders are checked by a person, and we aim to get your tickets to you within 24 hours of purchasing.
Red Lion Books also sells our tickets in their High Street shop for audience members who prefer to purchase in person.
Online ticket sales close at 12pm on the day of the concert, unless otherwise stated. Tickets will then only be available on the door from 7pm (or 30 minutes prior to the concert start, whichever is earlier) on the day of the concert, subject to availability. To ensure you don’t miss out, we encourage pre-booking online.

FAQ
I want to buy tickets online, but the event says ‘sold out’.
Tickets are on sale online until 12pm on the day of the concert, unless otherwise specified on the event page. After this, the event will appear as ‘sold out’. Tickets will then only be available on the door from 7pm (30 minutes prior to the start of the concert). This is subject to availability.
We recommend that you purchase your tickets before online sales close to avoid disappointment.
I bought my tickets but now can’t come to the concert, what can I do?
Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions and agreed to at the point of sale. We suggest passing your ticket(s) on to family or friends who could come instead.
What if the concert is cancelled?
In the event that we cancel a concert, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you’ll be given the option to transfer your ticket to another concert.
I’ve lost my ticket! What do I do?
We have a full guest list on the door, so just give your name to one of our friendly Front of House team.
I’m running late. Will I still get in?
Our Front of House team will meet you in the foyer and help get you seated at the best opportunity.
