How to book

Online or in person

Booking can be done online on our website via our What’s On page. Red Lion Books also sell our tickets in their High Street shop for audience members who prefer to purchase in person.

Online ticket sales close at 12pm on the day of the concert, unless otherwise stated. Tickets will then only be available on the door from 7pm (or 30 minutes prior to the concert start) on the day of the concert, subject to availability. To ensure you don’t miss out, we encourage pre-booking online.

FAQ

I can’t come to the concert, what can I do?

Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions and agreed to at the point of sale. We suggest passing your ticket(s) on to family or friends who could come instead.

What if the concert is cancelled?

In the event that we cancel a concert, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you’ll be given the option to transfer your ticket to another concert.

I’ve lost my ticket! What do I do?

We have a full guest list on the door, so just give your name to one of our friendly Front of House team.

I’m running late. Will I still get in?

Our Front of House team will meet you in the foyer and help get you seated at the best opportunity.
