How to book
Online
Booking tickets can be done online on our website via our What’s On page. You will initially receive an order confirmation email. Your tickets will be sent via email, we do not offer a ‘collect at box office’ service. All orders are checked by a person, and we aim to get your tickets to you within 24 hours of purchasing.
Online ticket sales close at 12pm on the day of the concert, unless otherwise stated on the concert listing.
In person
Red Lion Books also sells our tickets in their High Street shop for audience members who prefer to purchase in person.
Tickets will be available on the door from 7pm (or 30 minutes prior to the concert start, whichever is earlier) on the day of the concert, subject to availability. Card and cash are both accepted. To ensure you don’t miss out, we encourage pre-booking online.

Tickets are on sale online until 12pm on the day of the concert, unless otherwise specified on the event page. After this, the event will appear as ‘sold out’. Tickets will then only be available on the door from 7pm (30 minutes prior to the start of the concert). This is subject to availability.
We recommend that you purchase your tickets before online sales close to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions and agreed to at the point of sale. We suggest passing your ticket(s) on to family or friends who could come instead.
In the event that we cancel a concert, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you’ll be given the option to transfer your ticket to another concert, or to donate the amount to St Botolph’s Music Society.
Drop us a message via our Contact Us page. We can resend your ticket. This will only be available until 12pm on the day of the concert. Alternatively, we have a full guest list on the door, so just give your name to one of our friendly Front of House team on arrival.
Yes! Our Front of House team will meet you in the foyer and help get you seated at the best opportunity.
We welcome all young people. However, any young person aged 16 or under must be accompanied by and seated next to an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over.
