Join SBMS for From Stage to Symphony, an evening of vibrant classical music inspired by the theatre and the concert hall. The programme brings together three great composers: Mozart, Schubert and Beethoven. Their music offers a wonderful mix of energy, drama, melody, and orchestral colour.

Mozart’s sparkling The Magic Flute Overture captures the excitement and mystery of the opera stage. Schubert’s Rosamunde Ballet Music provides graceful melodies and rich orchestral textures. Together, these works showcase the expressive power of the orchestra and the enduring appeal of some of classical music’s most celebrated composers.

The concert also features Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1, an energetic and inventive work that points towards the remarkable symphonies that followed.
